PAN CASERO (Bread Homemade) SWEET ROLLS:
Precaliente el horno a 177. (Preheat the oven at 350).
Al principio, va a requerir: (At first, you are going to need)
- 4 tazas de harina (4 cups flour)
- 1 cup sugar (1 taza de azúcar)
- 2 cucharaditas de polvo de horno (2 teaspoons baking powder)
- ¾ taza de mantequilla (3/4 taza de mantequilla)
- ½ taza de Natilla (1/2 cup of sour cream)
Mezcle los ingredientes con sus manos hasta esté bien mezclada. (Mix the ingredientes with your hands until it is well mixed.)
Añada 5 cucharaditas de leche y mezcle bien. (Add 5 teaspoons of milk and mix well.)
Añada 2 cucharaditas más de leche y mezcle bien. (Add 2 more teaspoons of milk and mix well.)
Añada 1 cucharadita de vanilla y mezcle. (Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and mix ).
Añada más leche como necesario para hacer una bola de masa. (Add more milk as necessary in order to make a ball of dough.)
Amasar la bola de masa hasta bien mezclado. (Knead the dough ball until it is well mixed.)
Rode una pieza de maza entre las manos para hacerlo largo. (Roll a piece between your hands to make it long.)
Póngala en forma del pretzel y entonces hacerla plano. (Put it in a pretzel shape and then make it flat.
Engrase la bandeja para horno con mantequilla y espolviarla con harina. (Grease a cookie sheet with margarine and sprinkle with flour.)
Coce al horno a 177. (Cook in the oven at 350.)
Cuando se ponga dorado esté listo para comer! (When it turns golden it’s ready to eat!)
